Walk the blues away

Well the weather outside is frightful (actually it's windy and pretty cold). It doesn't mean we have to give up on exercise though.

A brisk walk after lunch can clear your mind, stretch your muscles and improve your insulin levels. So wrap up warm and get some fresh air in your lungs.
