PRE/POST
BARIATRIC SURGERY

Our Programmes

To meet the needs of both pre and post bariatric surgery patients we have developed two weight-loss programmes. Our pre-surgery package is designed to ensure that our clients are fully prepared for surgery, and are aware of what the entire process involves.

Our post-surgery package helps clients who have had little previous support and preparation or are struggling to manage this huge change to their life. It is apparent that some people who have bariatric surgery don't always manage to make the changes necessary to ensure a positive outcome and end up back in the NHS system, as they cannot afford to have the surgery done again.

Knowing how your blood sugar affects food cravings, and knowing which nutrient dense foods to eat in order to avoid hair loss and fatigue is incredibly important, and often overlooked.

Following a programme designed to help you achieve the most from bariatric surgery, not only makes good financial sense, it reduces the risk of having to have it done again.
