Hi I'm Natalie, I'm a Personal Trainer who specialises in weight loss and toning to boost overall vitality. I believe in building confidence through improving body image and increasing quality of life by seeing how increased fitness can impact our lives, while experiencing the feel good factor of exercise.


I feel that it is very important to combine regular exercise with good nutrition to achieve the best results. I create training programmes combining interval training, resistance training and cardio to get the best results, achieving both full body weight loss and overall fitness, resulting in reduced health problems.

I look forward to helping you achieve your weight loss goals.

  • Hatha Yoga Teacher

  • Body Balance Instructor

  • Aqua Aerobics Instructor

  • Level 3 Older Adult Exercise

  • Ante/Post Natal Exercise

  • Circuits Instructor

Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
