Hi I'm Natalie, I'm a Personal Trainer who specialises in weight loss and toning to boost overall vitality. I believe in building confidence through improving body image and increasing quality of life by seeing how increased fitness can impact our lives, while experiencing the feel good factor of exercise.
I feel that it is very important to combine regular exercise with good nutrition to achieve the best results. I create training programmes combining interval training, resistance training and cardio to get the best results, achieving both full body weight loss and overall fitness, resulting in reduced health problems.
